Doodle Dash was made as part of a two week rapid prototyping assignment with 5 people. I was a Technical Designer on this project, and the creative director of the idea. 
Doddle Dash is speed runner platformer where time is the key. There are 5 levels, and time is cumulative, and abilities can be unlocked to use in previous levels. After beating level 1, you unlock double jump. Perhaps you spent 4 of the 5 minutes on level 1, in which case you must redo level 1 with the new double jump to cut that time down. Otherwise you only have 1 minute left to complete level 2. The idea is that each level has shortcuts for each new ability unlocked.
